Therapeutic Reflexology (Foot)

This is the standard Therapeutic Reflexology treatment for first-time patients but also for recurring patients that require the benefits of foot reflexology as the signature treatment of Christo Scheepers Therapeutic Reflexologist. A complete therapeutic reflexology session includes an assessment (physical reflexology assessment and/or Vacuflex Concepts electronic reflexology assessment), and reflexology treatment. The treatment is usually focused on foot reflexology although other forms of reflexology (hand, face, ear, body) may sometimes be added at the discretion of the Therapeutic Reflexologist after discussion with the patient.

Therapeutic Reflexology (Foot + Specific Body)

A complete therapeutic reflexology session includes an assessment (physical reflexology assessment and/or Vacuflex Concepts electronic reflexology assessment), and reflexology treatment. This is a combination treatment where the first hour is spend on foot reflexology followed by an additional form of reflexology for the remainder of the session with one of the following options: (1) Foot + Pampering Foot (Therapeutic Foot Reflexology) for the first hour is followed up with additional foot therapy in the form of pampering, soft-touch foot reflexology and/or hot/cold stone foot reflexology therapy (2) Foot + Hand Reflexology, (3) Foot + Facial Reflexology, (4) Foot + Scalp Reflexology, (5) Foot + Auricular (Ear) Reflexology, (6) Foot + Specific Body Part Reflexology (e.g. legs/arms)

Therapeutic Reflexology (Foot + Full Body)

Therapeutic Reflexology treatment is aimed at the ultimate form of relaxation that is ideal for those with high-stress levels; includes reflexology of the feet, hands, face, ears, and body, manual lymph drainage, Vacuflex Concepts, and relaxation techniques. The patient has to get undressed for the latter bodywork part of the treatment just like when going for a massage, but will at all times remain covered by means of draping and only the specific area being worked on will be uncovered; the patient will never feel exposed.

I was referred by my sister for my wellbeing. I had received my blood test report and it showed that my liver was failing. I had one session of therapeutic reflexology and after a few days my blood test was repeated and to the doctors surprise the blood test for my liver was normal. The doctor was confused and could not understand the drastic change in the result.
I am grateful for the change and will continue with my wellbeing care as part of my gift to myself.

If you haven't tried reflexology for yr ailments, give it a go! Years of bothersome painful plantar fascitis- gone after 2 sessions. Lumbar pain eased after 1 session. But...choose a qualified reflexologist, there are quacks out there I'm sure
